In today’s episode, I talk about how to deal with survival fears and eventually overcome the fear of cancer recurrence or fear of dying. First off, there’s nothing wrong with being afraid. Or with questioning your own mortality. Especially when you’re faced with the uncertainty of a cancer diagnosis. But if the fear persists, and in some ways, it starts to over-consume you, it DOES need to be addressed, because this highly charged emotional state has a negative impact on the body’s abilities to heal itself.
