Silence is a Decision [VIDEO]

This week’s protests are not causing the further racial divide in our country; they are simply an expression of the divide and discrimination that have always been here and still exist today.

You either support racism or anti-racism, and I want to be very clear where I stand: I actively support anti-racism in my business, in my friendships, and in my life.

As Martin Luther King Jr. said - 

“Our lives begin to end the day we become silent about the things that matter.” 

Nothing much will change until White people speak up: it is OUR responsibility to work on the UNDOING of the systematic racial inequality
