Today’s episode is about the importance of getting mental rest on a regular basis in order to live a healthy life and heal. I talk about how we live in a highly socialized and hi-tech society, so when we feel tired at the end of the day or feel even too tired to exercise, for example, that comes from mental
fatigue, so physical rest is not enough; what we really need is mental rest.
